At this time, there are no known issues or workarounds noted for this area/tool.
SafeAssign has been turned on in Bb Learn. HOWEVER, instructors in the CT Community Collleges should ONLY use the DirectSubmit method of submitting student papers to SafeAssign--they should NOT insert SafeAssignments that students submit on their own.
Instructions for how to correctly use SafeAssign in the CCC's are included in the Blackboard Learn Faculty Orientation course (self-paced modules>Assignments & SafeAssign).
